The members lately renewed their contract with WAKEONE.
In keeping with a report by SPOTV Information on September 30, KST, Kep1er has signed a contract with the company KLAP Leisure (KLAP hereon).
The information has stirred some confusion amongst followers because the members are already signed underneath WAKEONE, and their contract doesn’t expire till the subsequent few years. Because it seems, the contract with KLAP pertains to the administration of the group members.

Kep1er, which debuted via the Mnet actuality competitors present Women Planet 999 in 2021, initially had 9 members on its lineup. In 2024, when the group’s preliminary contract with WAKEONE was over, members Kang Yeseo and Mashiro left the group, whereas the seven others re-signed with WAKEONE and reassembled Kep1er as a seven-member ensemble.
Because the group prepares to relaunch the second section of its profession, WAKEONE and KLAP will associate to handle all members’ actions, together with administration.
